We are always accepting new patients!
A new patient appointment with Dr. Shohet is about 90 minutes to two hours long. During this visit the doctor will review your medical history and your current concerns; then order any labs necessary to provide you with the best treatment possible. Following your visit with Dr. Shohet, you will do some in-house testing, such as a Urinalysis.
Following the appointment, you will be given a lab requisition for any outside labs the doctor may have ordered, and scheduled for a lab review. A lab review appointment is 30-45 minutes long. Dr. Shohet will explain the results of all the testing done, or ordered, at the initial appointment. Based on all the test results, the doctor will make treatment recommendations.

If you are unable to print these documents at home or would prefer to get them from our office, please allow for at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to have plenty of time to complete the intake forms.
For all new patient appointments, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled time.
